Let’s just start by saying Alec Short is nothing short of amazing!!!!! He really is so knowledgeable and loves his job. Not at any moment did I feel that we picked the wrong broker. He understood the time constraints we were under and without hesitation he helped us grab the house we wanted. Before we could close on our house in CO we first had to close on the one we were selling in NM. When things in NM came to a abrupt hault Alec was not afraid to contact our broker in NM and offer pointers and help to insure we closed on time. When we had any questions Alec was quick to answer and if he didn’t know the answer he would find out. He was always communicating with us. At one point I wondered if he ever took a day off because he was always available. I wish everyone could have an awesome broker like a Alec Short.... wait, u can!!!!
